The 73rd Republic Day was celebrated in all its solemnity and grandeur at Sarala Birla Gyan Jyoti, Guwahati today. The whole campus reverberated with patriotic fervor and enthusiasm and was bedecked in the colours of the Tiranga.
The Principal, Dr. Diganta Halder hoisted the National Flag. He greeted everyone on this occasion and shared his thoughts on patriotism saying that we are fortunate to have been born as Indians. He also said that our growth leads to the growth of the country and this can be achieved only by continuous learning.
All the teachers and non teaching staff were present to be a part of the 73rd Republic Day Flag Hoisting programme and took pride in glorifying and celebrating the spirit of unity.
