The week-long celebration of HAR GHAR TIRANGA culminated today with the celebration of 75 years of Independence through a plethora of programmes. The day not only brought in patriotic fervour in our minds but also was fun filled as the entire campus was illuminated in the shades of patriotism.
The hoisting of the national flag in the school campus, creation of flag chain, Prabhaat Pheri, the inter- house patriotic song competition, nukkad natak, role plays of freedom fighters by the tiny tots were all part of the day long programme.
The competition was judged by two famous singers of Assam: Mr. Kumar Dhiraj and Mr. Anjan Hazarika. They also mesmerized everyone with their soulful renditions.
Few students also performed dance and took part in the march past in the DC Office Independence Day programme today.
