CONNECTING WITH THE PAST: A Beautiful Day with Grandparents
Today, on the 26th of August, 2022 the tiny tots of Sarala Birla Gyan Jyoti welcomed their grandparents to school to spend a fun filled day with them. The day began with lighting of the ceremonial lamp and a welcome address by the principal, Dr. Diganta Halder.
The little ones from Lower Infant, Upper Infant and Class I put up a beautiful cultural programme for their grandparents. The grandparents took great pleasure and enjoyed the show. A few games were arranged for them and they sportingly took part in all of them. The floor was opened for dancing and it was a mesmerising sight to see them dance to the tune so happily. Later, they excitedly clicked photographs with their grandchildren in a photo booth especially made for them.
