The Investiture Ceremony for the academic year 2023-24 was held on 21st April 2023 with great solemnity. There was an aura of expectancy as the beaming faces of the selected Student Council members marched into the gathering in a ceremonious procession led by the Principal, Dr. Diganta Halder, holding candles of knowledge in their hands.
Renowned musician and singer Mrs. Manisha Hazarika and eminent journalist Ms. Oineetom Ojah graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and the Guest of Honour respectively. Mrs Hazarika congratulated the newly appointed cabinet members and enlightened them with her inspiring speech. Ms. Ojah in her speech emphasised on the importance of noble and fearless leadership.
The occasion was attended by the proud parents of the elected Student Council Members, where the latter were bestowed upon with the responsibility as they received their prestigious badges from the Principal, the Academic Heads and the House Mistresses. The Student Council members took oath to deliver their duties promptly, thus striving to impact the school community positively on the success path.
Speaking on the occasion, Principal Dr. Diganta Halder, reiterated the crucial role of the School Cabinet in maintaining a conducive environment in school.
