EVOTECH 2.0: IGNITING INNOVATION AND CONNECTIVITY IN THE REALM OF TECHNOLOGY
The Inter School IT Fest, Evotech 2.0: Evolve with Technology, held at Sarala Birla Gyan Jyoti, Guwahati on August 11th and 12th, emerged as a resounding triumph, showcasing the brilliance of young minds in the technology arena. The event brought together over 200 students from 13 schools across Guwahati, creating a captivating platform for exploration into robotics, designing, gaming, and more.
Inaugurated by Prof. Gautam Barua, Director, IIIT, Guwahati, the fest offered dynamic learning through competitive challenges, thought-provoking sessions, and guided experiences by experts such as Satyam Sharma, Operation Officer, IITG Research Park, Prof. Vinayak Kulkarni, Department of Mechanical Engineering IITG, Prof. Manoj Majhi, Department of Design, IITG, Mr. Utpal Bayan, Incharge, IT Cell and Computer Programmer, Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship, Mr. Rahul Das, Scientist-D / Joint Director, National Informatics Centre, Government of India, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, and Mr. Faruk Iqubal, Departmental HOD, Audiography & Sound Engineering, Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Regional Film & Television Institute.
