Educators from Sarala Birla Gyan Jyoti, Guwahati had the privilege of participating in a significant two-day CBSE National Teachers Conference on Guidance and Counselling, organised by the CBSE Guwahati Region. This event unfolded at the Srimanta Sankardeva Kalakshetra, Guwahati on October 10th and 11th, 2023. The inauguration ceremony was presided over by Mrs. Nidhi Chibber, IAS, the distinguished Chairperson of CBSE.
Approximately 900 teachers from across the nation converged to partake in this informative gathering. Distinguished experts in the field of education and counselling delivered keynote speeches and informative sessions.
The school takes great pride in the fact that four of our teachers, Mrs. Roshni Bora, Mrs. Regina Basumatary, Mrs. Ananya Hazarika and Ms. Shilpa Roy, were appointed to document the minutes of various workshop sessions. Additionally, Mr. Arbind Singh, Mrs. Daisy Sharma, Mrs. Rashmi Pradhan, Mrs. Daisy Talukdar Ganguly, and Ms. Dixeeta Garg were chosen as announcers for the conference, offering their services in both Hindi and English.
